Bleeding when using a contraceptive implant

I have an implant and I have no bleeding for 2 days I used diclac 150 and because of this bleeding will return or can it be pregnancy because it is the same nwm?

Jedynym dostępnym na ten moment w Polsce preparatem antykoncepcyjnych w formie implantu jest Implanon NXT.
