W przypadku stwierdzonej kardiomiopatii oraz wdrożonego leczenia preparatami Inhibace i Carvedilol-Ratiopharm o możliwości włączenia leków na rzucenie palenia musi zdecydować kardiolog lub lekarz rodzinny, gdyż leki te mogą znacząco wpływać na układ krążenia.
