Does skipping 1 dose of Sumamed affect the effectiveness of sinusitis treatment?

I took for sinusitis 3x 500g of the antibiotic Sumamed. I took them around 6:00 p.m. However, the symptoms did not fully pass and on the 5th day the doctor recommended another 3 tablets. It turns out that I missed 1 dose. I am now wondering about the effectiveness of the treatment... Can the fact that I took another table not after 24 hours and after 42 hours the meaning of the treatment affect the effectiveness of the treatment?

Nie, nie powinno znacznie wpłynąć na skuteczność leczenia.
Zgodnie z wytycznymi Sumamed w przypadku zapalenia zatok powinno przyjmować się 6x 500mg. I taką ilość proszę zastosować. Substancja czynna antybiotyku utrzymuje się we krwi dłużej niż 24h dlatego po zażyciu kolejnej tabletki w odstępie 42h efekt leczniczy będzie zachowany.
