I have been diagnosed with peptic ulcer disease, can I use famogast 40 mg 2 x per day and mesopral 40 mg 2 × per day?

I have been diagnosed with peptic ulcer disease with recent bleeding , the doctor advised me to use famobast 40mg 2 times a day with simultaneous intake of mesopral in the same dose of 40 mg 2× per day. The leaflets do not suggest such large doses And I have never had hyperacidity .is these doses and this combination not dangerous for the manifestation of full side effects?
