Does Ashwagandha affect the action of inhaled corticosteroids?
I have a question about the use of Ashwagandha for asthma Namely, does it reduce the level of inhaled corticosteroids or is it only about corticosteroids in the body, i.e. cortisol?

Ashwagandha nie wpływa na działanie kortykosteroidów wziewnych stosowanych, np. przy astmie. Może natomiast wpływać na stężenie kortyzolu powszechnie znanego jako hormon stresu, dzięki czemu znalazła zastosowanie jako środek adaptogenny (wzmacnia odporność organizmu na stres).
