Zgodnie z informacjami zawartymi w Charakterystyce Produktu Leczniczego Clotrimazolum krem - Klotrimazol przenika do mleka kobiety karmiącej. Należy zaprzestać karmienia piersią w okresie leczenia. Podczas zakażeń grzybiczych, karmiąc piersią może Pani stosować miejscowe leki przeciwgrzybicze zawierające fentikonazol. Przy podaniu dopochwowym jest on bardzo słabo absorbowany do krążenia mamy, stąd przenika do mleka w znikomym stopniu i może być stosowany podczas laktacji po konsultacji z lekarzem lub farmaceutą.
