Are there any vitamins, harmless supplements that can be given to grandma instead of those extra doses of Polocard as a placebo?

Mom has Alzheimer's. She does not allow herself to take away the Polocard Tablets that I believe in the saint keep her alive. He swallows them several times a day. Are there any vitamins, harmless supplements that can be given to her instead of these extra doses as a placebo. I don't want to stress her out and I thought that such a similar-looking placebo would allow me to solve the problem better. Now she cries and thinks that we are taking this medicine from her on purpose to "get rid of her" :(
