Nie, każdy preparat dostępny w aptece wywiera na organizm określone działanie lecznicze lub uzupełniające określone niedobory. Nie ma zatem "jakiś witamin" czy "niegroźnych suplementów", które można podawać jako placebo. Taka praktyka może być groźna nie tylko dla zdrowia, ale dla życia.
