Prawdopodobnie chodzi Pani o lek Zopiclone 3,75 mg. Nie znajduję w dostępnym piśmiennictwie informacji, aby leki zawierające propranolol i zopiklon wchodziły z sobą w interakcje i zmieniały wzajemnie swoje działanie. Leki przepisał Panu ten sam lekarz, podając Panu dokładne dawkowanie. Należy więc założyć, że wziął pod uwagę te informacje, które były mu potrzebne do oceny bezpieczeństwa zaleconej terapii.
Dawkowanie leków z propranololem i zopiklonem u pacjentów dorosłych nie jest uzależnione od wagi i wzrostu, ale od wskazań i ewentualnych przeciwwskazań. Jeśli nie jest Pan na nic uczulony, to nie ma powodu, aby na ten moment przypuszczać, że mógłby Pan zareagować alergią na wymienione leki.
