What should I do if, despite taking Duphaston, menstruation does not appear?

I've been taking duphaston for some time now. For 4 months everything was ok and then I had a break and the period did not appear. After the visit, the doctor told me to take the drug non-stop until the appearance of menstruation. It's 23 days + that month where I didn't get a period. That is almost 2 months. My husband and I are trying for a baby. I would add that I had a slight dirt that quickly ceased. What to do?
