In a woman of 37 years who is only in a wheelchair, is it better to choose a single-component contraceptive pill or contraceptive discs?

Good morning. Is it better for a woman of 37 years who is only in a wheelchair to choose a single-cell contraceptive pill or contraceptive discs? The doctor said it was no difference. She also proposed microgynon two-component tablets. I got a little lost because I do not know what is safest. At the wheelchair camp, I was warned that women in wheelchairs cannot take two-component contraception. Please advice.
