Can I somehow speed up or delay menstruation?

Good morning I have an irregular period. Most often it appears every second month. I didn't have one in July. In August (August 7) he flies to Turkey. I wouldn't want to get it on vacation. Can I speed it up or delay it?

Należy zwrócić się do ginekologa i to możliwie z jak największym wyprzedzeniem (najlepiej od razu). Nie ma środków bez recepty, które pomogłyby z Pani problemem, ale lekarz może zalecić stosowanie hormonów. Trudno mi jednak odpowiedzieć, czy zdecyduje się na takie postępowanie. Nieregularne miesiączki powinny zostać zdiagnozowane i ewentualnie leczone. W przypadku już istniejących zaburzeń, ginekolog może raczej zaproponować Pani najpierw diagnozę i terapię przyczyny nieregularnych krwawień.
