Łączne przyjmowanie Coaxilu i Helicidu może wzmacniać działanie Coaxilu i zwiększać ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych tego leku. Można, np. przyjąć Helicid 30 minut przed śniadaniem, a Coaxil tuż przed śniadaniem.
