Lek o który Pani pyta od dawna nie jest już w sprzedaży w Polsce. W roku 2010 wszystkie preparaty lecznicze zawierające sibutraminę (substancję czynną leku Zelixa) zostały wycofane z rynku europejskiego. Stało się tak z powodu wzrostu ryzyka wystąpienia zawału mięśnia sercowego, udaru mózgu i zgonu z przyczyn sercowo - naczyniowych na skutek stosowania tych leków. W związku z tym ani Zelixa, ani żaden z odpowiedników nie są już dostępne w sprzedaży.
