Nie, nie należy podawać leków Milgamma N oraz Dexaven w jednej strzykawce, gdyż Dexaven zawiera siarczyn sodu. Witamina B1 obecna w leku Milgamma N ulega rozkładowi w roztworach zawierających siarczyny, a inne witaminy mogą ulegać inaktywacji w obecności produktów rozkładu witaminy B1.
