Okres półtrwania nefopamu w surowicy krwi, czyli czas, po którym jego stężenie we krwi spada o połowę, wynosi średnio około 4 godzin (zakres 3 – 8 h) i nie zmienia
się po 7 dniach regularnego stosowania produktu leczniczego.
Okresy półtrwania metabolitów wynoszą 2,2 – 9,2 godzin.
Do czasu całkowitego wydalenia leku z ustroju, czyli około 2-4 dni nie powinien Pan spożywać alkoholu.
