Could one tablet of antibiotic reduce the effectiveness of the birth control pill?

Good morning, yesterday I started an antibiotic fromilid uno at 14:00, I took cover at 16:00, and slinda contraception at 20:00, this is my 3 pack, it is 20 tablets in blister, somehow at 17 o'clock I induce, could one antibiotic reduce the effect of contraception? Antybiotyk mógł zmienić florę jelitową, co mogło wpłynąć na zmianę wchłaniania tabletki antykoncepcyjnej, a co za tym idzie - zmniejszenie jej działania. Jeśli podczas stosunku nie zabezpieczyła się Pani dodatkowo, istnieje zwiększone ryzyko ciąży.
