What to use for aphthous in a pregnant woman?

Good morning I'm 7 months pregnant appeared afta on the gum what can I help myself? So far I have used oxidized water but the bladder has broken and burst. Best regards

Środkiem odkażającym skutecznym w leczeniu aft w jamie ustnej jest dichlorowodorek oktenidyny, np. Octenisept:
