Should I go to an orthopedic doctor with the result of ultrasound?

Description of the ultrasound performed by the radiologist :on the dorsal surface of the foot on the medial side, an oval well-bound hypoechogenic area of a plate size of 5x12x23mm is visible. Do I have to go with this to the orthopedists or can you try to lubricate with ointments, gels and wait for the ingest, if so what preparations are best lubricated.
