Zarówno Rupafin w tabletkach, jak i Rupatadine Bluefish w tabletkach zawierają jako substancję czynną 10 mg rupatadyny na dawkę. Różnia się producentem, ceną i ewentualnie składnikami pomocniczymi niezbędnymi do uformowania tabletki. Z farmaceutycznego punktu widzenia są więc odpowiednikami i mogą być stosowane zamiennie.
