How long before the heart tomograph should I take Bibloc to lower my heart rate?

Hi, I have a question. I am before the heart tomograph examination. My heart rate is elevated so therefore I have to take Bibloc 3.75. And here's the question, after what time will it start working and lower your heart rate because I do not really know at what time to take before the test?

Preparat powinien zostać zastosowany zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza prowadzącego.
