When should menstruation occur after you stop taking Duphaston? Will I have regular periods after i have finished taking this medicine? What should I do if I experience bleeding while taking Duphaston?

Hi, for 5 years I took birth control pills. In October I stopped and from that moment I have a problem with menstruation, it is very irregular. Immediately after discontinuation, the period appeared only in December and it was caused by duphastone (I took only once, 1 tablet for 10 days). Later, the period without any boosters appeared only in March and to this day the next did not appear. I'm not 100% pregnant. The doctor prescribed me again duphston 1 tablet for 10 days and after 17 days of the cycle again the next 10 days. My question is, how many days should the period begin with taking this medicine? If you start taking the tablets for example on the 8th day, do you think of it as menstruation and start counting the cycle? Should I start having menstruation regularly later after weaning my duphaston?
