Can they take Leflunomide with pfizer covid-19?

I am after the first dose of Pfizer vaccination, I got a new drug LEFLUNOMID 15 from a rheumatologist. In his leaflet there is a warning against vaccinations. Should I take it when I have a second dose of vaccination at 16.06? Please reply.

Ponieważ lek Leflunomid wykazuje właściwości immunomodulujące i immunosupresyjne jego zastosowanie między poszczególnymi dawkami szczepionki lub tuż po przyjęciu 2 dawki może zmniejszać odpowiedź organizmu na szczepienie (co w konsekwencji spowoduje wytworzenie mniejszej ilości przeciwciał).
Takie połączenie nie jest bezwzględnie przeciwwskazane, jednak wymaga konsultacji z lekarzem, który może zdecydować, np. o opóźnieniu podania drugiej dawki szczepionki.
