Kwas hialuronowy może być podawany wielokrotnie do tego samego stawu. Zwykle kuracja obejmuje przyjęcie 1-3 zastrzyków podawanych w tygodniowych odstępach, jednak o szczegółach terapii decyduje ortopeda w zależności od zaawansowania choroby.
