Could mud in the atrium of the vagina cause infection? What to do in case of spinal bruising?

Hi, Today (Saturday) going slipped on the mud near the pitch and broke the lumbar-cruciferous section because it hurts a lot and I have a bruise and the worst is how I have to walk or sit-as I lie this pain is less then.
