Łączne stosowanie preparatu Sertraline oraz Betaloc ZOK powinno odbywać się zgodnie z zaleceniami lekarza prowadzącego w określonych przez niego odstępach czasu i zaleconych dawkach.
Sertralina może wpływać na zwiększenie stężenia metoprololu (substancji czynnej leku Betaloc ZOK) we krwi. Może spowodować to nasilenie działania hipotensyjnego leku oraz zwiększyć ryzyko wystąpienia działań niepożądanych.
