Can't I replace my product if my pharmacist has not yet printed the receipt?
Good morning. I just encountered a strange situation. I was shopping at a pharmacy, during an open- unpaid receipt, I asked for another drug and asked for a replacement. The pharmacist informed me that I no longer had the option to exchange because the thing was stamped on the receipt. I asked if there was no possibility of replacement with the receipt open. The pharmacist yelled at me that it wasn't just the manager who decided about it. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, and I would like to know whether or not Mrs Pharmacist could actually have mentioned the matter to me.

Jeśli paragon nie został jeszcze fizycznie wydrukowany przez drukarkę fiskalną, czyli farmaceuta nie zafiskalizował transakcji, to można jeszcze dokonać wymiany preparatu na inny i wycofać z systemu poprzedni.
Oczywiście, nie znam całej sytuacji, więc moja odpowiedź jest czysto teoretyczna i oparta tylko na informacjach zawartych we wpisie. Szerszych wyjaśnień może Pani udzielić kierownik opisanej apteki.
