Tak, Tetralysal obniża skuteczność antykoncepcji hormonalnej, dlatego w trakcie kuracji antybiotykiem oraz przez 7 dni po jej zakończeniu należy stosować dodatkową metodę antykoncepcji w postaci prezerwatywy.
