Good morning I have a question about the prescription Can a specialist doctor issue me a prescription if I lived abroad and did not go to medical care in Poland? Since about 2008 09 account I do not have and do not know if if the doctor will give me a code I will be able to realize the prescription Yours and waiting for an answer

Do realizacji e-recepty niezbędne są następujące dane:
- kod recepty (PIN) plus numer PESEL pacjenta lub - kod kreskowy (na np. wydruku informacyjnym) lub - kod QR.

W przypadku, gdy nie posiada Pan numeru PESEL, powinien Pan posiadać ważny paszport lub kartę EKUZ. Do wydania leków z apteki nie jest konieczne zamieszkiwanie na terenie Polski.
