Is it possible to supply 1000 mg of vitamin C with food?

whether it is possible to deliver 1000 mg of vit. C from food, or is it possible only in the case of supplementation?

Dzienne spożycie witaminy C na poziomie 1000 mg jest trudne, jednakże nie jest niemożliwe.

Zawartość witaminy C w przeliczeniu na 100 g masy produktu wynosi przykładowo:
- 250-800 mg w owocu dzikiej róży - 150-300 mg w owocu czarnej porzeczki - 269 mg w naci pietruszki - 125-200 mg w papryce czerwonej - 46-90 mg w truskawkach - 84 mg w kiwi - 30-70 mg w grejpfrutach.

Stąd zjedzenie np. 1 kilograma kiwi (840 mg) oraz 100 g natki pietruszki (269 mg) spowoduje łączne spożycie wit. C na poziomie 1109 mg.
