Can Trulicity be helpful in my case?

I take about 100 units of insulin per day, i.e. for an auxiliary apidra solostr about 60 ml and insulin toujeo 36 ml once a day in the evening and tablets once a day 16ml GLIBETIC. THIS DOES NOT IN ANY WAY AFFECT THE REDUCTION OF SUGARS. cALY TIME IS IN THE RANGE OF 170-220. MEASUREMENT FROM THE NIGHT AT 6.00 INDICATES SUGARS AT THE LEVEL Besides, I have movement restrictions - a problem with the hips and knees . Please know if Trulicity would help in my case in the treatment of diabetes. As is the case in this case with a refund .
