Can I use Monural if there has ever been anaphylactic shock after Polbicillinum?

Good morning, whether it is safe to use Monural in a person who had anaphylactic shock decades ago after being given the antibiotic Polbicylin. I would add that Monural was prescribed to me today by a doctor.

Polbicillinum był preparatem w formie iniekcji zawierającym benzylpenicylinę (antybiotyk z grupy penicylin) oraz prokainę (lek miejscowo znieczulający).

Wystąpienie wstrząsu anafilaktycznego po preparacie z grupy penicylin nie jest przeciwwskazaniem do zastosowanie leku Monural. Preparat Monural zawiera fosfomycynę z trometamolem, aromat mandarynkowy, aromat pomarańczowy, sacharynę oraz sacharozę. Jest bardzo mało prawdopodobne, aby lek wywołał podobną reakcję jak po leku Polbicillinum:
