Do Lapixen and Lacipil differ in duration?

Is the duration of action that is 1 or 2x a day lacipil original and Polish lapixen preparation is the same.me commissioned after the hospital 2x lapexin but when I took lacipil 2xdz there were symptoms of overdose especially at night after the second dose. WHEN I returned to lapixen 2xdz night symptoms especially subsided. I am a retired assistant professor at the Internal Diseases Clinic.

Charakterystyki Produktu Leczniczego Lacipil oraz Lapixen w części poświęconej farmakokinetyce (punkt 5.2.) posiadają identyczne zapisy informujące, że największe stężenia lacydypiny osiągane są w osoczu po 30 - 150 minutach od podania leku, a okres półtrwania lacydypiny w stanie stacjonarnym wynosi od 13 do 19 godzin. Dokumentacje obu leków nie pozwalają więc wnioskować, że ich czas działania może być różny.
