I have a question I take avamina ON INSULINPORNOSC doctor told me to take naczo 15 minutes before meals the first week after one tablet in the evening after the second day of taking, I felt bad I had no appetite I was tired even as I exercised it I thought I would faint the second week I called the dose in the morning and evening and again the second day of dose increase lack of appetite malaise . I used to say in the leaflet that you should take it while eating or after a meal. Has your doctor said the dosage well.?
