Oba leki należą do grupy NLPZ, czyli Niesteroidowych Leków Przeciwzapalnych. Ich jednoczesne stosowanie może nasilać występowanie działań niepożądanych. Nie zaleca się łączyć Aglanu z Naproxenem, chyba że zostały przepisane przez jednego lekarza lub przepisujący je lekarze zostali poinformowani o wszystkich przyjmowanych lekach i dolegliwościach pacjenta.
