Nie znajduję leku "Clarxole". W przypadku, gdy pytanie dotyczy leku Clarzole, oznaczonego w tagach, proszę czytać dalej.

Zarówno lek Lametta jak i Clarzole zawierają jako substancję czynną letrozol. Letrozol należy do tzw. inhibitorów aromatazy. Zmniejsza ilość estrogenu poprzez hamowanie aktywności enzymu (aromatazy) wpływającego na wytwarzanie estrogenów. W ten sposób może hamować rozrost nowotworów złośliwych, które do wzrostu potrzebują estrogenów.

Lametta i Clarzole mogą być stosowane zamiennie.
