Can I set aside Tritace myself if I have tinnitus after it?

Is it possible to discontinue the drug for hypertension TRITACE. I have been taking TRITACE for hypertension together with NEBILET for 4 months. Since then, I began to have noises in the right ear, the ENT doctor after doing the tests did not find anything disturbing, therefore, I have a question whether I can put off TRITACE-I read in the leaflet, that the side effect is precisely tinnitus and hearing impairment. Can this noise subside and after what time after weaning? Thank you

Nie zaleca się samodzielnego odstawienia leku, bez konsultacji z lekarzem, może mieć to niebezpieczne skutki w kontekście Pana wyników ciśnienia krwi.

Rzeczywiście Tritace może powodować takie działanie niepożądane, jednak zachęcam do kontaktu z lekarzem i odstawieniu leku po jego decyzji, najprawdopodobniej w to miejsce wprowadzi jakiś inny preparat, aby cały czas ciśnienie było pod kontrolą.

Jeśli rzeczywiście szumy uszne są związane z działaniem niepożądanym leku, to po jego odstawieniu powinny ustąpić, nie potrafię jednak powiedzieć po jakim dokładnie czasie.

Pragnę również dodać, że podejrzenia działania niepożądanego występującego po zażyciu określonego leku powinno się zgłaszać do odpowiednich instytucji. Zachęcam w związku z tym do zapoznania się z artykułem:
