Najprawdopodobniej skóra Pani córki została podrażniona przez któryś ze składników kremu - ciężko jednoznacznie powiedzieć który.
Proponuję odczekać 48 godzin od aplikacji kremu i po tym czasie nałożyć jego niewielką ilość na zgięcie łokcia dziecka obserwując reakcję. Jeśli sytuacja powtórzy się - krem należy odstawić.
