If Canesten and Pimafucin didn't work, can I have a different infection than fungal infection?

Good morning, I have been struggling with vaginal thrush for three weeks. At first I used 6 globulek pimafucin, together with mascia Pimafucin (after it nothing went through, it was worse-so I stopped and used clitrimazole ointment). Symptoms have decreased. I used 5 globulek Lactovaginal but the gentle burning still persisted. Then I used globulke Cansten 500 mg. It's been 4 days since its use, yes, the improvement is, but it seems to me that my urethra is slightly more red than usual. In the lower part of the labia there is a slight swelling and the color is also slightly changed. I guess something gently ,, tweaks''. All drugs were consulted with a gynecologist. And the symptoms diagnosed by the doctor of ringworm were itching, burning and redness. No uplawow. Although it seemed to me that inside you can see lumpy white slumped. I wonder if it could be a non-fungal infection? I already had fungal infections and it looked a little different than this one. Thank you in advance for your reply.
