Żadnych tabletek nie powinno się co do zasady łączyć z alkoholem. Takie postępowanie może być groźne dla zdrowia i życia. W ulotce preparatu nie ma natomiast wzmianki odnośnie zachodzących pomiędzy Cyclodynonem a alkoholem interakcji. Jeśli ilość spożytego alkoholu będzie niewielka, a odstęp czasowy pomiędzy przyjętą dawką leku a alkoholem odpowiednio duża (przynajmniej kilka godzin) - to tak, można napić się alkoholu.
