Dicortineff when used for a short time has a topical effect and therefore should not cause generalised side effects/interactions inherent in medicines taken e.g. orally. I do not think that there is a risk of a photosensitizing reaction, but - just to be sure - you can hold off on the cosmetic procedure until the treatment is completed.
