Can I take Estrofem 2 mg if I have had bilateral pulmonary embolism and I am taking Xarelto?

Hello, I have been taking Xarelto 20 mg since 2018 (bilateral pulmonary embolism) and now I would like to start with Estradioö 2 mg due to severe menopausal symptoms. However, this is absolutely mentioned in the washing slip as; no go. Will I get an embolism again with both medications? I was over 45 syncopated🤷 ♀️ at the time

A history or current venous thromboembolism (deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism), thrombosis-prone disorders and any other conditions indicating an increased risk of embolism are contraindications to the use of Estrofem (and other types of HRT). In patients with a diagnosed tendency to thrombosis, HRT may further increase the risk of developing the problem. In women on chronic anticoagulant therapy, it is necessary to carefully weigh the benefit/risk balance of HRT use. You should absolutely not start HRT treatment if your doctor has not consented to such treatment.
