Yes, the use of Cyclo-Progynova does not protect against pregnancy. It is a hormone replacement therapy that relieves menopausal symptoms but does not work as a contraceptive.
If you are still ovulating and there is a possibility of becoming pregnant, you should use an additional method of contraception. If menstruation has stopped definitively (at least 12 months have passed since the last bleeding in women over 50 years of age), the risk of a natural pregnancy is practically negligible and additional contraception is usually no longer needed.
