Belosalic liquid left in an open bottle is exposed to loss of properties due to solvent evaporation and the effect of air on the stability of the solution and its components. It is difficult to assess how much the parameters of the drug have changed after leaving it in an open bottle once. If the liquid has changed colour, become heterogeneous or has changed its smell, it should no longer be used.
