Can Neurovit and Restonum be combined?

Neurovit contains high doses of vitamins B1, B6 and B12. Restonum also has B6 and B12 in its composition (in much smaller doses). I don't see the point of using both preparations at the same time. The other ingredients of the Restonum supplement are magnesium carbonate and iron. You can supplement magnesium deficiencies by using a stronger magnesium preparation that does not contain vitamin B6 separately (excessive supplementation is not beneficial), e.g. Slow Mag or Solgar Magnesium Citrate. Before starting to take iron supplements, it is worth doing blood tests to assess the level of this element in the body.
