Where can I buy preparations with Lomustine?

My dog has been prescribed Lomastine CCNU 10mg, we don't have it in Estonia and our vet suggested we can get it from Poland. Does any pharmacies in Krakow have it in stock?

In Poland, preparations with lomustine are not available in pharmacies integrated with the Gdziepolek.pl portal:
