Can I take Feroplex before breakfast and should I take it at a fixed time?

Today I bought Feroplex, which my doctor prescribed for me because of the low hemoglobin content of 10.2. I'm after a stroke ( 3 ata) I take Lorista 25mg at night and Atrox 10. And Beto 25ZK in the morning.
Can I take this Feroplex in the morning before eating 1 vial and do I need to take it at the same time?

Feroplex is best used before meals, once or twice a day - as prescribed by your doctor. If you experience stomach problems, Feroplex can be taken after a meal.

Iron intake and consumption of high-calcium products (milk and milk products), as well as coffee and tea, should be avoided at the same time. The drug should be taken at fixed times of the day - e.g. every day 30-60 minutes before breakfast. It is worth keeping an interval (e.g. 2 hours) between Feroplex and other medications you are taking.
