No, Mounjaro pen cannot be safely divided into half doses.
The manufacturer (Eli Lilly) designed this mechanism to deliver a full, measured dose (e.g. 5 mg) after one full twist and push. The "clicks" that you hear when spinning are used to set the dose, not to divide it precisely. It is not recommended to divide the dose by clicks, as it is very easy to make a mistake and it is possible to deduct the wrong dose.
Although there are guides on how to count clicks on the Internet, where users claim that, for example, 30 clicks is half the dose. As a pharmacist, I have to warn against such practices - this is an unofficial method and burdened with a large dosage error. Too low a dose will not work, and too much can cause the patient very strong side effects from the digestive system.
