Yes, you can use Amlopin and Positivum at the same time. Positivum is a mild sedative, but it is worth keeping (as usual when combining herbal products with medicines) a 2-hour interval between 1 and 2 preparations. If you notice an excessive decrease in blood pressure, you should stop taking the Positivum supplement.
