Is it possible to publish 2 op. Medikinet 5mg instead of 1 op. Medikinetic 10mg? Do pharmacists actually do this at the patient's request, or are they rather reluctant (e.g. because it is a drug)? In my opinion, at least in the case of the immediate release figure, there are no legal contraindications and the known regulation explicitly allows it (regardless of whether it is RPW or not), but I do not know if in practice pharmacists act like this.

Yes, the pharmacist has the right to dispense equivalent doses to the patient. If you change the dose of a drug on a prescription Rpw, the applicable rules are the same as for a regular prescription. It is possible to dispense the medicine in a lower dose in order to ensure the use of the prescribed dose using tablets with a lower dose.
