What is the reason for the noticeable decrease in the quality of medical cannabis, manifested by excessive dryness and less resin?
I wanted to ask about the decrease in quality from year to year, the dried flower bought at the beginning of the year was very dry from the corner I remember even varieties with lower THC such as delahaze or ghost train were more resinous a few years ago, although it did not affect the effect of the drug much during vaporization, the buds even in farm gas were slightly covered with resin until recently

The dryness of dried herbs most often results from the process of production, transport and storage, and not necessarily from the poorer quality of the raw material. Over time, plant material can lose moisture and some terpenes, which affects the smell, taste and feeling of "resinity", but does not always significantly change the THC content or the therapeutic effect itself.
If the dried fruit is too dry, it is worth using two-way humidity control sachets in the pharmacy packaging. These allow you to "bring life" to the flowers, improving the flavor and performance of the vaporization.
However, if the clinical effect is weaker than before, it is worth checking the date of packaging, the method of storage (airtight packaging, no light and high temperature) and talking to your doctor about a possible change of variety. Differences between batches of the product can also occur, despite maintaining quality standards.
